We're sorry to see you go. Here is how to permanently delete your Khala account.

How to Delete Your Khala Account

In the Khala app (Android & iOS)

You can delete your account directly from the app:

  1. Open the Khala app and go to your Profile tab.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Tap Account Services.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data will be permanently removed.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account profile including name and email
  • All uploaded content, such as reviews and dish photos
  • Your authentication credentials managed by Firebase

What May Be Retained

  • Anonymized usage statistics (non-identifiable)
  • Data required for legal or regulatory compliance

We process all deletion requests within 30 days.
